GOLDCM is owned and managed by Todd R. Habliston located in Lakewood, Colorado. We transact with oil and gas mineral, and energy rights owners in California, Nebraska, Wyoming, and in other oil and gas producing states.

GOLDCM, a Colorado corporation, is a consolidator of idle and active mineral interests in the state of California and acquires mineral interests for its own investment account.
GOLDCM was formed to provide liquidity to mineral owners, with a no-cost, highly efficient transaction process. Our team has over 80 years of combined oil and gas experience working as accountants, engineers and business executives for major and independent energy producers in the United States, Canada, and South America. Our team has maintained an active presence in California since 2002.
Collectively, the GOLDCM team owns an extensive portfolio of idle mineral acres, producing royalty interests and active working interests in oil fields throughout the United States.

Todd Habliston
Todd Habliston
President, Managing Partner
Todd Habliston has over 35 years of oil and gas experience with ARCO, Oxy, Venoco, Forest Oil and Carbon Energy Corporation. He was an Adjunct Professor at the Colorado School of Mines.
He is the founder of Vision Energy Partners LLC which owns the Capitan Oil Field in Santa Barbara County. He has over 10 years of experience operating in California. Mr. Habliston earned a B.S. in Chemical and Petroleum Refining Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and an MBA from Purdue University.
He is a Registered Professional Engineer and is a member of SPE, SPEE, AAPG, API, and IPAA.
Kathleen Habliston
Kathleen Habliston
Kathleen has over 10 years in the residential property management business and 15 years of financial management for their private companies. Her proven track record and expertise includes public relations, event planning, budgeting, and bookkeeping.
She recently retired from Elk Meadows Resources in Denver, Colorado. Kathleen owns and operates her own catering company, Events with Taste. Mrs. Habliston is a Certified Property Manager with the Institute of Real Estate Management.
